Name: Takoshima, Pendo
Age: 12 (Note: Must be over 10 years old.)
Rank: Hokage(Note: Must be Genin, unless there's an opening for a kage.)
Allegiance: Konoha (Note: You can also be a missing ninja, or be in the Akatsuki.)
Jutsus: (Note: Use http://www.leafninja.com/ to list the jutsu's rank, and description. Also here is a guide to which rank can use which rank of jutsu. Genin=E, D, and C. Chunin= E, D, C, and B. Jounin= E, D, C, B, and A. ANBU= E, D, C, B, A, and 3 S rank jutsus. Kage= Any Rank Jutsu)
Appearance: (Use http://www.tektek.org/dream/dream.php to make a custom picture, or avatar for your ninja or describe your character. Or you can do both.)
Personality: (Describe what your ninja likes or dislikes what his favorite something is, Animal, Color, etc.
Biography: This is to show your character's history from when he was born to now.
Role-playing Sample: This is an example of your character fighting with a member of the forums it can be anyone just don't say "opponent" say for example "Quai Jen ran towards Pendo with the last chakra she had left as she quickly pulled out a kunai she prepared herself as she stabbed Pendo through the heart killing him."
